Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. The protective seal must be unbroken and show no signs of tampering. A $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Crystals should be in perfect condition and show no evident signs of being used; Protective seals must remain unbroken and show no signs of tampering, otherwise the exchange or return will not be carried out. All items must be completely undamaged, unworn and in the original box and pouch.
